Sign your lease agreement and move into your new home. You pay monthly rent and an upfront option fee. The purchase price is locked in from day one.

Buy When Ready

During your lease, work on your credit and savings. When you're ready, purchase the home at the price agreed upon when you moved in. No surprises.

What you need to know

Option Fee

A one-time fee paid at move-in. It secures your right to purchase. Typically less than a traditional down payment.

Monthly Rent

You pay monthly rent like any lease. Your purchase price is already locked in, so there are no surprises.

Purchase Price

Set on the day you move in. Even if the market goes up, your price stays the same.
